I’ve been exploring the neighbourhood’s best offerings for the past couple months, including shopping, date night entertainment and healthy living. I love that I can browse around designer stores with my dog Rosie, and grab a bite on the patio at Taylors Landing.
To match the cosmopolitan lifestyle of the CF Shops at Don Mills, the development has pulled out all the stops to bring that LA vibe into a condominium. With outstanding architectural design by Hariri Pontarini architects, Rodeo Drive is set to become a landmark in the Don Mills area. Inside, interior design by Alessandro Munge brings out the elegant, understated vibe that’s synonymous with California design. I had a chance to stop by the newly-opened sales centre located in the CF Shops at Don Mills, and experienced a sneak peek!
When I think of LA-living, lounging by a pool with a great view immediately comes to mind. The amenities at Rodeo Drive Condos are on a whole other level, with a sleek infinity pool complete with cabanas for lounging. While there are many ways to stay fit around Don Mills, the condo also comes equipped with a private fitness studio, that overlooks the pool and terrace below.
While I might end up spending all my time poolside, the suites offer floor-to-ceiling windows for perfect views. Designed by Alessandro Munge, special attention was paid to maximize functionality with open-concept layouts. The design is modern, with wood finishes and a cool colour palette. The kitchen is equipped with a gorgeous granite countertop (the perfect backdrop for instagramming the meals I will cook), a glass range, and built-in appliances. The bathroom evokes a spa-feel with a large soaker tub or shower with marble tile, and floating vanities with sleek chrome faucets.
Above all, the convenience of having so many amenities is what makes Rodeo Drive Condominiums great real estate. CF Shops at Don Mills is a top spot for shopping and entertainment, while the location is central in the GTA. I’m looking forward to even more browsing and dining once I’m close to it all!
